With 2023 in full swing, we had a very productive first quarter at ADvendio. We’ve had a busy start to the year, sponsoring a number of events, conducting meetings for our global team, as well as releasing new product updates, and expanding our team.
Here’s what we’ve been up to during the first quarter of 2023:
We had the pleasure of attending and sponsoring multiple events in the advertising technology sector this quarter.
In February, ADvendio account manager Maria Gracia attended the programmatic morning DOOH Spain event hosted by PROGRAMMATIC SPAIN. It was a great opportunity to learn from leaders in the OOH industry as well as having the opportunity to share our own industry knowledge and the ADvendio solution.
The Publishing Show
In early March, ADvendio was delighted to sponsor The Publishing Show, the UK’s premier event for B2B and B2C publishers and media professionals, held at London ExCel. By sponsoring this event, our UK team Angus, Hristina, and Louis had the ideal opportunity to engage with top companies operating in the publishing domain.
The Publisher Forum
This month, our head of sales, Samantha Giaver represented ADvendio in sponsoring AdMonster’s Spring Publisher Forum in Miami. This intimate event offered many insightful discussions on best practices in the industry, learning about major pain points for publishers as well as having insightful networking sessions with industry leaders.
Salesforce EMEA Partner Kickoff
Our VP of business development, Julian Ahrends, traveled to Amsterdam this month for the Salesforce EMEA Partner Kickoff. We’ve seen lots of innovation for Salesforce’s strategic partners like ADvendio ande look forward to attending again in the future.
We are pleased to have kicked off 2023 with several team-building activities and meetings involving all of our worldwide departments.
Global Team Meeting
As we stepped into 2023, we held our quarterly global team meeting with all of our offices and coworkers in the US, Chile, Germany, Ireland, and the UK.
This discussion covered important departmental updates and goals as well as long-term strategies for ADvendio’s strategic roadmap.
Sales Kickoff Workshop
In February, our sales team kicked off the year with a weeks-long team workshop in Madrid. The purpose of the trip was to facilitate the team in devising strategies and setting collective goals for the year. The workshop was also an opportunity for the team to meet in person after a prolonged period of remote work.
