Erica Garcia joins the ADvendio global Customer Success team as a Customer Relationship Executive.

As a Bachelor of International Relations and Spanish graduate from Loyola University Chicago, Erica has proved her communication and interpersonal skills gaining experience in Customer Support and Enterprise Account Management in the technology industry.

Upon her arrival, she commented:

“Over the next weeks and months, I look forward to expanding both my relationship management and technical capacities in order to bring an elevated level of care to our clients and their evolving needs.

Key aspects of Erica’s role include continuous tracking of customer experience, solving new feature requirements, guiding deal renewals as well as working closely with ADvendio’s Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the long-term success of customers.
