On Wednesday, November 2nd, ADvendio hosted its first-ever Virtual Customer Summit. The event showcased how a select group of international publishers including industry leaders such as Sanoma, Aller Media, CBC and DPG Media use the ADvendio solution every day for their business needs.
The customer summit sought to bring together ADvendio platform users and key company executives to openly discuss concerns, solutions, best practices, and the industry’s future. This endeavour is part of ADvendio’s commitment to developing a future-focused solution that meets the demands of all consumers. Our client’s success is our success at ADvendio, and through establishing channels of communication, we seek to effectively meet the different demands of all our users from SMEs to industry leaders.
Hosted by Sam Giaver, Head of Global Sales; together with Julian Ahrends, VP of Business Development; Jannis Skipis, Head of Technical Account Management; Myriam Hirt, Customer Relationship Manager and Jorge Barrionuevo, Customer Success Specialist. Sam started the event by introducing each customer and asking them to share their initial challenges before joining ADvendio and how they have improved their processes with the support of the ADvendio platform since then.
This was followed by a friendly discussion about the features and parts of the ADvendio product they find most useful. ADvendio’s Sam Giaver then kicked off an open Q&A where all attendees could ask the other members on the call about different topics and best practices that have worked in their experience. The ADvendio team also provided some guidance on how to take the most advantage of our solution with successful use cases as examples.
The participants were so engaged in the conversation that unfortunately the scheduled time ran out, leaving out an interesting outlook on upcoming trends and changes for the Publisher Industry. However, this is only the first of many summits to come in the future.
