DPG Media Streamlines Their Advertising Sales Management with ADvendio
DPG Media is the largest media house in the Netherlands, with multiple national and regional brands across newspaper, radio and online media. Previously known as de Persgroep prior to their acquisition of Medialaan, an active media house across the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark, in January 2019, DPG Media has taken a major step in their global news, entertainment, and online services strategy.
Wanting to replace their fragmented order streams from multiple systems with a platform that could manage their digital inventory while seamlessly integrating with Salesforce, DPG Media successfully implemented the ADvendio software. This allowed DPG Media to streamline their advertising sales management processes to ensure collaboration and efficiency across ad sales and operations.
Complete Advertising Operations Digital Transformation
With a focus on limiting the number of operating systems and integrations while managing digital inventory and collectively integrating with Salesforce, DPG was seeking a cloud-first solution that was fully compliant with EU privacy regulations.
In order to introduce an order management system, operational management, materials, and tasks along with accessible revenue reporting which had been previously missing, DPG Media successfully integrated with the ADvendio platform in both the Netherlands and Belgium, taking a phased approach to ensure the success of the project. These automated processes and improved data flows will unify their advertising operations, both cross-functionally and throughout the entire organization.
ADvendio Provides Increased Efficiency & Collaboration
ADvendio will connect DPG Media full digital process with features such as its Salesforce powered CRM, customized order management, inventory management, ad server connections, integrations with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Platform 161, booking calendar and ad server checks along with it’s invoicing, reporting, and analytics tools.
Throughout the ADvendio implementation, DPG Media was looking for a DSP (demand-side platform) in which localized DFP campaigns could be run for customers. In order to achieve this, ADvendio successfully integrated with Platform 161, a demand-side platform offering a fully customizable solution. Benefits of this integration include:
