We are delighted to announce that ADvendio Chile has moved office. After nearly a year of remote work due to COVID-19 restrictions, the ADvendio team officially moved into the new office on November 1st and had a celebratory pizza party to mark the opening on November 5th.
Thankfully, as restrictions have eased and life returns to what is now the “new normal”, ADvendio employees have begun to return to the office in a phased hybrid approach. The team is delighted to be back in the new modern office in the heart of the city of Viña del Mar and is excited to return to an office environment with their colleagues whom they have not seen for several months because of the pandemic.
The new office space in Viña del Mar is located in one of the main avenues of the city, which is highly frequented given its great access to shopping centers, numerous company headquarters, and the main health & legal services of the region.
ADvendio’s new location is situated on the 15th floor of an emblematic building of the city, Torre Coraceros, built in 1998, renowned for its postmodern architectural style and its prestigious facilities. This new workplace offers everything required for meetings, conferences, workshops, and modern office spaces in an atmosphere that is second to none with impressive views of the sea.
Our Chile-based employees will greatly benefit from the new office environment as it gives a sense of community, increases motivation, and boosts employee creativity by allowing staff to interact on a daily basis sharing both knowledge & experiences. Even if team members are only in the office a couple of days a week and work from home the remainder, they can still enjoy a morning coffee with their colleagues to start the day, and some social barbecues and gatherings on Fridays’ to restore some sense of normality to the company culture.
