Media operations teams are constantly navigating a balance between operational speed and execution accuracy. As cross-channel campaigns become more sophisticated and global billing mandates expand, the infrastructure driving ad sales and campaign management must continuously evolve. The ADvendio Summer 2026 release, also known as Version 2.184, focuses directly on resolving the practical pain points that occur when complex media plans are moved into execution and billing.

This update represents significant platform refinement designed to make daily management faster, financial operations more reliable, and ad server connectivity broader, building the foundation needed for scalable growth.

Helping AdOps Teams Work Faster

For teams managing dozens of complex line items every day, small inefficiencies can quickly compound into significant delays. The Campaign Builder is the primary mechanism of day-to-day workflow in ADvendio, and this release introduces major functional upgrades aimed at cutting down repetitive tasks.

One of the most practical additions is a set of bulk management actions. Users can now select or unselect targeting across multiple line items at once, or copy targeting configurations across several campaign items in a single action. What previously required navigating line items one by one can now be accomplished in seconds. To keep campaign structures clear, administrators can assign a Configuration Label to easily identify specific rule sets, while a configurable Weekly Calendar View lets users toggle between native Salesforce date fields and a custom calendar layout.

We have also removed the opacity around automated business logic. When custom scripts modify or remove targeting based on background business rules, the Campaign Builder now delivers clear visual feedback so planners know exactly what changed.

The targeting experience itself has received a major technological rebuild. The Targeting Sets Wizard has been migrated to a native Lightning Web Component, significantly improving page responsiveness and overall loading speeds. Administrators can now predefine which targeting sets are available for specific Ad Specs and product criteria, ensuring users only see options relevant to their campaign. Planners can also view inherited targeting sets directly inside the Campaign Builder, making it simple to distinguish inherited criteria from direct manual entries. Furthermore, the Advanced Targeting UI now supports flexible include and exclude logic across standard and exclusion groups.

Expanding Retail and Publisher Capabilities

As Retail Media Networks and specialized digital channels continue to grow, media platforms must seamlessly connect with dedicated ad technology stacks. Summer 2026 expands our native ecosystem with key additions in retail media and email newsletter monetization.

Our new Topsort integration offers powerful tools for retail networks and marketplace environments. Built directly into the ADvendio Integration Framework, this connector enables users to import Topsort vendors into ADvendio as advertisers, automate bi-directional wallet management, and schedule imports for campaign structures and performance delivery data. With this release, we also enabled the import of sponsored product campaigns, keeping all campaign data in one place. This creates a unified environment where marketplace ad revenue can be planned, tracked, and billed alongside traditional channels.

For publishers monetizing direct-to-inbox media, our new Passendo sell-side integration brings email newsletter ad management into the main workflow. Users can import advertisers and placements, submit Media Campaigns and Campaign Items using standard submission flows, and automatically synchronize delivery metrics, status changes, and budget updates. The integration supports key-value targeting, user frequencies, and targeting lists right at the campaign item level.

Smarter Connectivity Across Global Ad Servers

Pushing campaign updates to external ad servers requires precision, especially when manual adjustments have already been made on the delivery platform.

Version 2.184 introduces our Selective SubmitBeta capability for Google Ad Manager. Instead of performing an all-or-nothing push that risks overwriting live tweaks made directly inside Google Ad Manager, Selective Submit performs field-level updates. It pushes only the specific fields that have been changed in ADvendio while keeping external configurations untouched. Alongside this, a unified Full Submit process brings selling-side and buying-side submissions together into one streamlined background job with automated email status notifications.

We have also deepened capabilities across several other major channels:

  • TikTok: Added support for importing audience segments, applying Campaign Budget Optimization at the order level, configuring frequency capping, and running branding campaigns using Reach and Video Views objectives.
  • Kevel: Introduced a dedicated Site/Zone targeting component, a Custom Targeting UI with operator selections, and a CSV import tool for key values.
  • Broadsign: Enabled static API-key authentication for higher enterprise stability, along with instant submission of items in a reserved or held state to protect inventory from overbooking.
  • Google Ads & Criteo: Added Service Account authentication and audience segment imports for Google Ads, along with enhanced product targeting for Criteo Private Market campaigns.

Modernizing Billing, Revenue Forecasting, and Financial Compliance

Behind every successful media campaign is a finance team that needs accurate revenue tracking and compliant invoicing tools. The Summer 2026 release strengthens our core finance engine to ensure smooth billing cycles.

To support evolving e-invoicing standards across Europe, we have expanded our UBL XML e-invoicing framework. Legal entities operating in France can now leverage dedicated French CTC-FR support, including payer and agent party extensions and specialized clearing payment codes. Organizations can also choose to embed the generated invoice PDF directly into the UBL XML file as a Base64 object, enabling single-file hybrid invoice distribution. Enhanced mapping for Payment Means Codes ensures smooth data flow from account records straight into pre-invoices.

For financial forecasting, we have updated how the platform handles budget-driven media items. Previously, items using the Budget billing category returned zero in quantity-based forecast calculations. Revenue Schedule forecasting now dynamically calculates daily and monthly projections based on actual media spend, giving account and finance leadership a clear view of burn rates and remaining budgets.

Our Delta Invoicing engine has received significant accuracy and stability enhancements to streamline complex billing setups. Campaigns combining Flexible Payment Plans with standard line items now process seamlessly during pre-invoice generation. Additionally, refined cancellation workflows and updated PDF summary displays ensure that outstanding balances and netted credit amounts align perfectly with original billing records, giving your finance team complete transparency.

Reducing Administrative Overhead with CIRL and Wallets

Administrative ease is central to keeping operations running smoothly. Summer 2026 delivers focused enhancements to two high-traffic administrative areas.

The Campaign Item Related List (CIRL) has been updated for faster rendering speeds when managing campaigns with extensive line items. Administrators can now configure Action Visibility Rules, granting the ability to show or hide action buttons based on user permissions or record criteria. Reordering line items is simpler with a drag-and-drop Lightning component, and admins can set a default display threshold so users see a meaningful number of items without immediate pagination.

Managing campaign wallets has also been simplified. The new Wallet Assignments Lightning Component replaces multi-step manual setup with a single browse-and-select interface. Users can quickly filter available wallets, select the necessary records, and automatically generate all media campaign and line-item wallet assignments based on connection matches.
