ADvendio is delighted to be celebrating a successful 16-year partnership with our customer BurdaForward, a digital media house based in Germany. BurdaForward is “part of Hubert Burda Media, a company that has been writing media history for more than a hundred years.” BurdaForward became an ADvendio customer in 2006, making them one of our first and oldest customers.

BurdaForward had just begun using Salesforce to manage customer data in sales when they first approached ADvendio. “We were using Salesforce “out-of-the-box” as a classic CRM, and gradually we began to adapt Salesforce to meet the requirements of the digital business in which we are active,” explains Kerstin Stapelfeldt, Senior Technical Project Manager at BurdaForward. “When we realized we needed the assistance of professional Salesforce developers to implement additional requirements, we hired ADvendio. We created digital billing categories, quote templates, and an API to the Google Doubleclick adserver in addition to CRM functionality.”
