ADvendio, provider of order management systems for advertising business, presents its leading cross-media ad management platform in Europe at this years’ dmexco in Cologne on September 10th and 11th. The scalable SaaS solution for publishers and sales houses allows to efficiently coordinate key business processes from sales, back office / ad operations and finance in one application.
At this year’s dmexco ADvendio pays particular attention to the direct connection of real-time formats (RTA) in existing infrastructures and booking processes between publishers and agencies. “Despite the current industry discussion about the pros & cons of RTA, we see from our customers a demand for direct integration of real-time formats in the business workflow. Furthermore publishers need a processual integration that allows them to monitor all channels and contracts – regardless of whether Direct Sales or RTA“, says Bernd Bube, Managing Director at ADvendio.
Cross-media Set-up – with Extensions in the Direction of Print
Due to the ongoing digitization and multi screen usage, transition between different ad sales media channels are becoming more and more fluent. Classical mass media goes digital: From TV IP-protocols, web radio, digital out-of-home to iPad magazine formats. As the future becomes even more automated and connected ADvendio allows to handle complex ad campaigns across all channels in one system. In Cologne, ADvendio is going to deliver insights into the ad management of traditional publishing companies and show how its solution can solve today’s print challenges efficiently. “While the ad industry discusses especially at dmexco technologies for selling ads in real-time, increased efficiency and automation in ad delivery, the situation at traditional print publishers is sober. Processes as well as technologies for print ad sales are currently as of the day before yesterday.”, assesses Bernd Bube. “The former print giants have encountered huge problems with digitization also on the process side. They try to manage the online business with the resources and techniques of the much slower-paced print business. In this way they are lacking badly needed efficiency in the structural change.“
