Media operations are currently navigating a significant shift in how inventory is bought, sold, and managed. As Retail Media Networks expand and digital out-of-home technology becomes more sophisticated, the tools used to manage these assets must keep pace. The ADvendio Spring 2026 release, also known as Version 2.182, focuses on solving the real-world friction that occurs when media plans meet execution.

This update brings together several months of development aimed at making the platform faster, more reliable, and better connected to the global advertising ecosystem. From a massive overhaul of the Campaign Builder to the introduction of a new Retail Media powerhouse integration with Kevel, this release provides the infrastructure needed to scale.

Helping AdOps Teams Tackle Complex Workflows

For the people managing dozens of campaigns daily, efficiency is a necessity. The Campaign Builder is the heart of the ADvendio experience, and in this release, it has received its most significant update. We focused on reducing the number of clicks required to perform common tasks and improving the visual feedback the system provides.

One of the most requested features was the ability to reorder campaign items. The new version introduces a drag-and-drop sorting modal. This allows planners to visually organize their items to match their strategic thinking or client presentation needs.

We have also introduced a suite of bulk actions. You can now select multiple items and apply a copy or delete command in one go. Perhaps more importantly, you can run availability checks across a range of selected items simultaneously. To prevent errors during these bulk edits, we added a Selective Copy Value mode. This ensures that when you copy values from one field to another, the change only hits the items you have checked. This prevents the accidental overwriting of data that often happens in large, complex campaigns.

The Generic Clone tool has also been completely rebuilt as a Lightning Web Component. This move to the latest Salesforce technology makes the tool faster and more responsive. The new UI includes searchable configurations and progressive data loading, which means you spend less time waiting for screens to refresh. For those handling massive datasets, we added asynchronous batch processing. This allows the system to process large-scale cloning operations in the background, ensuring the platform remains stable even under a heavy load.

A Breakthrough in Retail Media: The Kevel Integration

The biggest integration news in the Spring 26 release is the arrival of Kevel. As Retail Media continues to be a dominant growth sector, our users need tools that can handle the specific requirements of on-site and in-app advertising. Kevel is a leader in this space, and this new integration allows ADvendio users to manage the entire lifecycle of a Kevel campaign without leaving the OMS.

You can now submit campaigns directly to Kevel and manage complex targeting parameters. This includes geo-targeting, day parting, and keyword or audience-based targeting. Because Kevel is built for high-performance retail environments, this integration is a game-changer for our clients who are building their own ad networks.

Beyond just booking, the integration brings delivery reporting back into ADvendio. This creates a closed loop where you can plan, execute, and report on retail media performance in one place. It eliminates the need to jump between tabs and manually reconcile data, which is a major win for data integrity and speed to market.

Expanding the Omnichannel Reach

While Kevel is a major focus, the Spring 26 release also strengthens our ties to other key media channels.

Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) continues to evolve with our Broadsign integration. You can now target individual digital screens or pre-defined packages directly from the platform. We have built in validation for runtimes, pricing, and booking modes to ensure that what you book in ADvendio is actually executable in Broadsign. New fields for cost and impression data provide a clearer picture of your campaign’s reach and budget before it even goes live.

In the world of Search and Social, we have updated our Google Ads integration to the latest API. We also added support for political ad declarations, helping our users stay compliant with the increasing number of regulations surrounding political messaging.

For those using DV360, we have added Third-Party Brand Safety targeting. You can now save and apply targeting sets from providers like Integral Ad Science (IAS), DoubleVerify, and Scope3. This ensures that brand safety is a standard part of your workflow rather than an afterthought.

Retailers using CitrusAds will see improvements in how they manage budgets. We have added support for wallet push and pull actions, along with automated scheduling. The system now also supports multi-currency wallet synchronization, which is vital for retail networks operating across different international markets.

Securing the Bottom Line for Executive Leadership

While AdOps teams focus on the day-to-day, leadership teams are looking at the long-term stability and financial health of the business. The Spring 26 release addresses these concerns by modernizing the underlying platform and tightening financial controls.

We have continued our move away from legacy Visualforce pages, replacing them with Lightning-based functionality. This reduces technical debt and ensures that the platform remains secure and performant as Salesforce evolves. This means a lower risk of downtime and a more future-proof investment in your tech stack.

On the financial side, we have improved our billing engine. The system now handles automated payment balancing for Flexible Payment Plans. If a publication date is removed from a campaign after it has been invoiced, the system automatically adjusts the plan to keep the books balanced. This prevents the manual reconciliation nightmares that can lead to audit issues or client disputes.

We have also ensured compliance with the latest Swiss QR-Bill v2.3 requirements. Additionally, bulk invoice emails can now be sent using addresses specific to different legal entities. This allows global companies to maintain a localized and professional appearance when communicating with their clients’ accounts payable departments.

The Next Frontier: Agentic Selling Pilot

One of the most exciting aspects of this release is something that is still in its early stages. We are officially opening the pilot program for our Agentic Selling extensions and the ADvendio AdCP integration.

This is the beginning of a shift toward autonomous media selling. We are building the infrastructure for agents to communicate with one another, allowing for automated proposal generation and product requests. This will eventually allow your team to move from manual data entry to a role where they are overseeing and approving the work done by intelligent agents.

We are looking for forward-thinking partners to join this pilot and help shape the future of the platform. If you want to get an early look at how AI agents can transform your sales process, we encourage you to sign up.

You can find more information in our AdCP Pilot Quick Start Guide and learn more about the technology in our documentation on ADvendio Agents and Agentic Extensions.

Technical Update Checklist for Administrators

Keeping the system running smoothly is easier in this release. The upgrade process is straightforward, but there are a few things your IT team should know.

Most importantly, a pre-installation patch is required for any customer upgrading from an earlier version. This patch ensures that all your data transitions correctly to the new Lightning components. Beyond that patch, there are no other manual configuration steps required for the basic upgrade.

We recommend that admins review the full documentation on the ADvendio Wiki. This includes detailed setup instructions for the new Kevel integration and the updated Broadsign features.
