Booking Calendar Availability Mode

One of the standout updates in this release is the new Booking Calendar mode. This feature allows users to set availability independently of the amount calculation, a significant improvement for managing digital CPM products or solving other specific needs for exclusive inventory management. The process remains straightforward: check the Booking Calendar for availability, add items to the basket, and set them up in the Campaign Builder. The new “Requested Availability” field can be set by users or dynamically by custom logics, defining how many units will be booked. This update provides greater flexibility and accuracy in handling ad inventory, particularly for exclusive products.

Enhanced Programmatic Features

We are excited to introduce several enhancements to our Programmatic feature set:

  1. Xandr Programmatic Guaranteed Deals: This new integration supports Xandr Programmatic Guaranteed Deals, making it easier than ever to set up and manage programmatic campaigns. Simply set the Media Campaign order type, configure your item, and submit.
  2. Programmatic RFP Import: Now, programmatic RFPs can be imported into ADvendio for Google Ads Manager. This process starts at a connection level and allows users to transfer custom contracts into ADvendio, streamlining the bidding process and improving efficiency. Imported contracts can then be used to create media campaigns automatically, ensuring all relevant data is pre-set for Ad Operations teams.

AI Pilot Project

Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing the way we manage and optimize advertising campaigns. We are launching the AI Pilot Test phase, integrating Salesforce Einstein and CRM Analytics directly into ADvendio. Key features include:

  • Dynamic Predictions and Recommendations: These sections provide real-time insights into campaign success and expected booking times, adjusting predictions dynamically based on changes.
  • AI-Enhanced Dashboards: New dashboards offer a comprehensive overview of all running and upcoming campaigns, alongside AI predictions and recommendations. These templates are fully customizable to meet specific business needs.

We are inviting customers with sufficient campaign data to participate in this pilot project to help shape the future of AI in ADvendio.

OmniBudget Overview

The OmniBudget Overview is a significant addition for our agency clients. Utilizing the newly added Media Plan objects, agencies can now set up detailed media plans and view their planning per channel for an entire year. This feature provides a comprehensive overview, aiding in better budget management and campaign planning across multiple channels.

Delta Invoicing Solution

The new Delta Invoicing feature is a game-changer for billing your media campaigns. This solution enables you to adjust campaigns without canceling previously invoiced items, unless specifically required. Currently in beta, Delta Invoicing is available for sandbox installations, and we are seeking client participation in the testing phase to ensure compatibility and functionality across various processes.
