Mathis Löbbe has joined the ADvendio team as an Account Executive focused on the DACH region. We are delighted to welcome Mathis to the team. Mathis has held various sales roles, most recently working for Salesforce, where he got a “behind-the-scenes” look at the world’s leading CRM platform. This experience will be a huge asset to ADvendio, and we look forward to leveraging his expertise to further ADvendio’s expansion.
We caught up with Mathis to learn more about his background, experience, and what he looks forward to in his new role.
Tell us about your background.
I’m originally from a village in the “Ruhrgebiet” in Germany, a region known for its grit and passion. Traits I’ve carried with me since childhood. Outside of school and the office, a part of my life was spent on the American football field. Playing football in Dortmund taught me the value of teamwork, strategy, and the drive to push past the goal line, no matter the obstacles.
What’s your job title and the regions you’re focused on?
I have joined the team as an Account Executive. My primary focus will be the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), helping businesses navigate the evolving media and advertising landscape with ADvendio’s solutions.
What led you to a career in sales, and what do you enjoy most about working in sales?
I slipped into sales by “accident” right after finishing school and haven’t looked back since. I immediately fell in love with the energy and passion of the sales environment. There is a unique thrill in connecting with people, understanding their challenges, and finding the perfect solution. For me, sales isn’t just about the transaction; it’s about the momentum and the continuous drive to succeed.
How has your previous experience prepared you for your role with ADvendio?
Before joining ADvendio, I worked at Salesforce. This experience was invaluable because it gave me a “behind-the-scenes” look at the world’s leading CRM platform. Since ADvendio is built on Salesforce, I can hit the ground running. I understand the ecosystem, the technical advantages, and how to help clients maximize their ROI within that framework.
What expectations do you have for this new role in ADvendio?
I’m looking forward to diving deep into the DACH industries and helping our clients streamline their processes. My goal is to become a trusted advisor for the DACH market, leveraging ADvendio’s powerful tools to solve complex advertising management problems. I expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment where I can contribute to the company’s growth.
