Having experience in roles such as account management, business development, project management, and post-sales operations, Kenneth has gained broad experience working in B2B firms in many industries. He has always aimed to provide the best customer service in all those roles while helping customers achieve their goals.
Recently we caught up with Kenneth to learn more about his professional background and his expectations for his new role with ADvendio.
1. Tell us about your background
My name is Kenneth Puche. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, but I have been living in Chile for the last 7 years. I have worked primarily in the market research industry, and also in the dairy, nutraceutical, and chemical industries, always in customer-facing roles for B2B companies. For example, I worked as an account manager and business development and spent a few years as a project manager and post-sales operations. In all of those roles, I have aimed to provide the best customer service as possible and keep customers happy while I help them to achieve their goals.
2. Do you speak any additional languages?
Apart from Spanish and English, I also studied German for a couple of years and I’m aiming to achieve a B2 level in the near future. After that, it would be great to learn French and Portuguese as well.
3. Why are you interested in Customer Success?
I have always enjoyed talking to customers, understanding their needs, and doing the best I can to help them. Currently, customers are not looking only for a supplier but for a partner who helps them to achieve their goals and also that assists them along the way, and that’s why it’s vital to keep a close relationship with them. It is key that we, as part of the customer success team, become the voice of the customer, anticipate their needs, and make their experience with us the best one it can be.
4. How do you think your previous experience has prepared you for your role with ADvendio?
I think the experience I have in those customer-facing roles, where customer service has always been a major component will definitely come in handy. Those experiences have always been with B2B customers from all over the world and I’ve always enjoyed those multicultural interactions, so I’m confident that I’m well prepared to build strong relationships with ADvendio’s customers that are all across the globe. In addition, while I worked in the market research industry I had the opportunity to work closely with some customers from the media industry and I’m aware that is a fast-changing industry with challenges and I want to be a part of the team that helps our customers to succeed.
5. What expectations do you have for this new role in ADvendio?
From my first few days I already know that I’m part of a great company that is fully focused on giving customers the best experience and best solution possible. I’m eager to start making my part and helping in any way possible to our customers and my team. I hope to provide the best service possible, growing and learning a lot in the process. I’m sure it will be a fun ride!
