Fernanda Poo has joined the ADvendio team as a Customer Success Coordinator. We are delighted to welcome Fernanda to the team. Fernanda enjoys finding solutions for client issues and has experience working with clients and providing exceptional service. These experiences will be a huge asset to ADvendio, and we look forward to leveraging her expertise to further ADvendio’s expansion.
We caught up with Fernanda to learn more about her background, experience, and what she looks forward to in her new role.
1. Tell us about your background.
I’m from Copiapó, Chile, and currently living in Viña del Mar. I studied business and have 3 years of experience in a Junior Marketing Analyst position, working with a client from the US. I enjoy drawing and crocheting, and I’m currently training in boxing.
2. Do you speak any additional languages?
I speak Spanish and English, but I would love to learn German!
3. Why are you interested in Customer Success?
I strive to bring solutions to clients, making their processes easier and smoother whenever possible. I also enjoy working with people and managing relationships.
4. How do you think your previous experience has prepared you for your role with ADvendio?
I have prior experience working directly with clients abroad, and my relationships with them were professional yet close and friendly. I worked hard to manage the relationship with these clients by providing an exceptional service.
5. What expectations do you have for this new role in ADvendio?
To learn more about customer relationship management, improve my skills, and learn as much as possible!
