Media configuration – More speed and clarity during proposal generation
As ADvendio supports many configuration options for campaign items, you are able to quickly specify selected ad products and fulfill customer requests optimally. With the new media configuration, adjusting products is now even simpler. With the help of useful action buttons, an optimized UI, and rules on when fields are read only, hidden, or required, the new media configuration makes facilitates ad sales.
Additionally, these settings can be assigned to certain user groups. You also have the option to show or hide fields, tabs and buttons, and adjust them according to company specific requirements. Especially for cross media requirements, the new media configuration, leads to a significant increase of speed and clarity.
Sales goals and revenue split – More transparency and predictability
As the sales team grows, it becomes increasingly challenging to keep track of your business performance. Sales goals and revenue splits help you to ideally plan your revenue. By using these sales objectives, managers can get deeper insights into how their employees can attain the company goals. Revenue forecasts of sales reps can be recorded and adjusted easily. With the use of reports and dashboards, managers can see the goal completion rate in real-time, and identify which proposals and orders add to the goal completion. This enable more accurate sales and revenue management.
Commercial Optimizer – Cancellation of campaign items and real-time notifications
The commercial optimizer already supports you with the following adjustments on running orders: Time (Period), quantity, targeting adjustments as well as ad spec replacement. Now the feature “Cancel campaign item” allows you to remove entire items from an existing order. Already delivered amounts of the cancelled item are obtained. The adjustment can easily be transmitted to the ad server and adopted on the invoices.
DoubleClick for Publishers Ad Server Integration – Enhancements of ad server interface
In order to further optimize the automated data exchange between ADvendio and DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), additional ad server interface functionalities are supported, such as Video Ads and Device Targeting.
