Account Management

Accounts are your organization’s advertisers, agencies, partners or competitors. Each account stores information such as name, address, and phone numbers, classification information like industry, annual revenue or KPI – Key Performance Indicators like turnover information of your agencies and clients.
ADvendio offers standard fields in order to categorize your agencies or advertisers like turnover or the number of employees of your client. You can create your own user-defined fields anytime without any coding knowledge.


Account Management - Accounts


The account’s tab displays a home page that lets you quickly create and locate all types of accounts. You can also sort and filter your accounts using standard and custom list views which can be stored for re-use. In addition, this tab lets you view and edit detailed information on each account to which you have access.


Account Management - Media Campaign


The account’s list page displays a list of accounts in your current view. From this page, you can select an account, view the detailed information provided and access other related information. It is also a start point in order create new records. For each account, you can store related information such as media campaigns, activities, contacts, notes and you can refer to other accounts to show partnerships. so you have the possibility to see with which partners you work together. All of these information enable you to have a 360° view of your clients.


Account Management - Account Details


The lower part of the page provides information related to the account, including contacts, activities, media campaigns, partners, contracts, attachments and notes. You can click on all the items to display detailed information.


An account has the following standard fields:

Account Name Name of company
Account Owner Assigned owner of the account
Account Record Type Name of the field that determines which picklist values are available for the record
Billing Address Address used for billing
Created By User who created the account, including creation date and time
Employees Number of people employed by the account
Industry Entry is selected from a picklist of available values
Parent Account Parent company for companies that are subsidiaries of a larger company or organization
Phone Primary phone number of the account
Fax Primary fax number of the account
Shipping Address Primary mailing or shipping address of the account
Custom Links List of custom links for accounts
Website URL of the account’s website
Annual Revenue Amount of annual reported revenue
Customer Priority You can distinguish between low, medium and high
Description Description of the account
